Diamonds falling off rings within a month

I have purchased a ring worth R25000 at The Browns Diamond store in Polokwane, just after a month those diamonds were falling off the rings, even before the ring I have been used.<br> <br> I called the store and Jacqueline apologized and asked me to bring back, it was December and I have asked that I can bring it either in January/February 2016 so they can fix the problem.<br> <br> To my surprised when I sent through the ring back Browns Polokwane and I am told I need to pay though they have told me it should not have happened.<br> <br> and they keep on Telling me Jacqueline is no longer working there and the only thing thet can do is to pay fr the repairs.<br> <br> I mean paying R25000 fir the defective ring is not acceptable and its horrible experience with this Polokwane Diamond store.<br> <br> It is very disappointing that one get to so much for a defective item from such a reputable supplier.<br> <br> It will be a difficult case to encourage anybody to visit such store unless they are so willing to pay money after money to repair anew item.<br> <br> I am so disappointed with the kind of service I am getting.
