Diamonds fall out

<p>Buying a ring from BROWNS- THINK AGAIN</p> <p>On December 23rd I was watching T.V with my husband and look down to see my diamond was missing out of what I thought was a quality diamond ring from Browns diamond store. After going into the store and being told that it was caused from wear and tear after only 3 years I was not convinced to settle for that theory.</p> <p>I contacted head office and spoke to a very apologetic lady who said they would "investigate". The Store said they would get back to me on the 6th January. I only heard from them on the 16th telling me they will have to quote us for the diamond lost.</p> <p>Still not happy my husband emailed Browns customer care explaining that we were not happy with the poor quality of clasps that broke off and they rep**** explaining that any small knock or bump would've dislodged the diamond. They would NOT help to fix the ring. After a number of emails threatening g to go to social media they still did not care and said they are sticking by their quote.</p> <p>My husband and I thought he was investing in a quality ring to last a life time as Browns mottos says but once they have your money they do not care if the quality is not up to scratch.</p> <p>My ring was a bit scratched from daily wear but how??? May I ask do Gold claws on a ring break off and a diamond dislodge after only 3 years??</p>
