Diamond store ***** and theft

Absolutely pathetic service, placed an order in mid July, made payment and was told within 10 days the item would be received. To date I have not received the item or being contacted for the delay. When called last week, I was told the employee assisting had left the company furthermore I tried to make contact twice today and the employee which was supposedly to assist is to busy to handle my my enquiry. Unprofessional and unacceptable

More than 10 working does has past with no communication; I see this as ***** and theft.

As a customer I am entitled to rights which Browns the diamond store disregarded.
