Diamond keeps falling out of ring
The diamond in my engagement ring from Browns jeweller's in Westfield fell out a year after my husband got it for me. They fixed it once for free but then when it came loose again, they charged to fix it. Now it's come loose again a month after paying for it to be fixed. Clearly something wrong with the ring but they don't admit the fault.
