Diamond fell out after 4 months!!!

My sister has had the worst experience with Browns Cradelstone... She had her ring resized twice at Browns, after 4 months the main diamond fell out of her ring while she was at the office.

The store came back and imp**** that she had knocked the ring and that is what caused the damage.. Bear in mind that she has an office job and that nothing she does during the day could have caused this. I mean how soft a bump can cause your diamond to fall out. She sent me the photo's that they sent her and you can see they used some sort of filter to make the ring look like it's in a horrible condition (the ring literally looks rusted). It's the craziest thing!!

I have seen her ring so many times and it was brand new! It never looked rusted or eroded and if it did what kind of metals are they really using??... I'm actually shocked at the extent that they have gone through to avoid taking responsibility for their poor workmanship...

Having read a couple of reviews I can see that this is common amongst their rings. My only hope is that people will see this review and go elsewhere.

Having your main diamond fall out is every woman's worst nightmare!. People save for years to buy these rings and for them to not even keep for 4 months after having them resized by the original jeweller is absolutely horrific.

All I can say is steer clear, there are many other jewellers who take pride in their work and who would be embarrassed that something like this happened to one of their rings after they had done work to it 4 months prior. Browns will just shrug it off, rather go somewhere that you can trust.
