Cheap ring they sold me while it cost a fortune

I had a bad experience bought a ring at Browns midlands mall with in 3 weeks the ring faded they justify themselves as white gold do fade my question was less than a month of wearing as we speak I have no ring my wedding was on the 20th of August why is Browns selling us dreams now they say I must pay 3000 rands extra to change it into gold the opposite of what I wanted, can somebody why is brown’s such cheap skates covers in diamond… I’m very disappointed and they keep convincing me to take platinum or gold m really tired of the store and going back and forth and you don’t know who to speak to.. I’m very upset
