I was at your WESTVILE store 3 weeks ago with my wife to buy a 5th wedding anniversary gift for my wife. My budget to but her gift was R 175 000.00 I did not let the sales lady know as we wanted to see what was on offer. I was not in my business attire and maybe because I’m black South African, so I think she lady was not interested in selling as she did not assist us at all the way the other sales people were doing. We had asked the lady to show us a few items but all she had done was show us cheap and other ugly things that we did not want. (maybe she thought we were going to *****) I own a multi-million-rand construction company and I’m a director if 6 private entities and previously a Professor of Medicine The lady was so so so rude and unprofessional that we had walked out and went to a private making in JHB for the gift. I am an owner of a business and I have more than 1750 staff that I pay a salary to and we ensure that we give them training of how to behave when our clients are in the office we have taken people of the wild rural areas and change their ways that even they are better than the lady that had served us. She is not helpful in anyway she was so rude Maybe because we black that she does not feel the need to address or service e us the way she would with her own race. (race was the key to not assist my wife and i) There are no words to express the disappointment of service that was given.I have been telling my close business networks about the worst service that we had been given to us. I shall never never recommend your company to anyone going forward and I will be using social media tools to make people aware of the worst service ever received.
