Browns... the disappointing store
My husband bought me ring for my 30th birthday. 8 Months later, the stone fell out. I took every precaution to ensure the longevity of my ring. I did not shower with it, swim with it, wash dishes with it or wore it anytime I thought I might cause any damage to it (like outdoor activities). The stone fell out while I was at the office, fortunately, one of my ****orkers found it. We took it to the store we bought it from, I expressed my disappointment that something like that would happen so soon after having bought the ring. They were kind enough to "fix" it for me. After receiving it back, I didn't even wear it everyday as I was afraid it might happen again. Which is not really the point of buying something you would like to wear often. Low and behold, only a couple of months after them "fixing" it, the claw broke off again and the stone fell out again. This time around I was not as fortunate to find it. I am extremely disappointed about this. Browns is supposed to be a renowned jewelry store and their items are supposed to be some of the best quality made to last. Please explain to me how a ring that is barely 2 years old, loses its stone twice? I honestly can say that they did not meet my expectations, especially because they have this reputation for jewelry.
