BROWNS - Terrible Quality and Servive

My husband and I got engaged on the 1 January 2018. Ever since I knew I wanted to get married ,I knew I wanted a Browns ring. When my husband purchased my ring cash he had spent all his savings to buy me the ring I wanted from Browns. Our engagement was spectacular and I’ll never forget the moment I saw my ring it was beautiful and everything I ever wanted Marquise diamond with a halo diamonds all round. Accompanied by a band. Just over a month into my engagement one of my side Dimononds fell out. I was shocked as I felt my rings were still brand new. Being a smaller Diamond Browns replaced it no problem. 7 Months later after that whilst tiding my home I realized my Marquise diamond had fallen out of my ring. I was devastated I still am. This precious piece my husband gave his last to give me, is now broken! Myself and my domestic searches my home from top to bottom. When looking at the ring I noticed that the ACTUAL CLASP that holds the diamond had BROKEN off. This being the cause of the diamond falling out. I have insurance however I felt that this was suppose to be replaced by Browns how do they sell you a ring of its value ... and 7 months in it breaks ! When I called there head office they take no accountability for it... we have now put in an insurance claim around the same amount that my ring cost originally . Now we have paid Browns DOUBLE for something that was sold to us possibly BROKEN. And I still have a single valued ring. When I phoned and made my complaint and statement I had to call them twice over two weeks to find out what they were going todo about it. No one called me! They sent the ring for a metal test and said that I MUST HAVE KNOCKED my ring. I have NO recollection of this and I would have know or been honest if that happened. I am appalled by the workmanship of their rings. And I am so disappointed BROWNS. I don’t even want a Browns ring anymore. There rings seem to be flimsy and made so that the diamonds fall out and indurance claims can be made in order for them to FILL THEIR POCKETS !!!! Should I get asked about my ring I will not recommend Browns. Shocking!
