BROWNS PAVILLION IS DISGRACEFUL in my personal opinion

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!! Browns pavillion. They gave me a ring in a plastic bank bag, with no box, no certificates, no bear, nothing! and the ring was very very damaged, and I sent it back 3 times to get fixed. The engraving is very bad! Also I bought another 2 rings, also very very expensive, the sales lady **** all the time to us just to close the sale, telling us they have sold certain rings but I called other stores and they didnt sell it. She then tell us to just be happy with what you have. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PAVILLION BROWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
