My wife recently bought an amethyst ring and 2 weeks later the amethyst promptly fell out while she loaded my son's suitcase in to the boot. They send us a quote stating that the repair will be done at no cost. Upon collection they refused to release the ring until we pay R500 stating the amethyst fell out due to negligence! *****S of note, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THESE *****S.
