Browns - Bunch of ******* - *******

I sent my ring in to replace a diamond that fell out, for the fourth time. After two weeks and countless calling to find out were my ring was that should only have taken a couple of days i was eventually called back by Head office and informed that my ring was gone and that they are not taking any responsibility and that i must claim it from my insurance. They would not disclose what happened and only said that it was an ongoing investigation. A week later and i still have not heard anything as promised. I called them and they sent me the case number and said again that I must claim it myself!!!! I refused this is unacceptable someone from Browns has ****** my PROPERTY AND SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE. I have reported them to the OUMBUD and i am going to file a case of theft. I will not pay for this ring a second time, despite all the times that i had to keep replacing the diamonds because they keep falling out. PATHETIC
