BIZARRE LACK OF SERVICE!

Expecting excellent service at Browns is quite a joke! I am in the market for a wedding band and was ready to purchase one this past week but was met with NO service! I walked in and was looked at with disdain by the sales reps. I walked around hoping to be greeted/helped but nothing occurred. I then asked the security guard to get me a sales rep. yet nobody came to my assistance. I'm inclined to think that I didn't fit the profile of a Browns customer (?) Should I be of a certain age/ race/ height?! I am rather disgusted by the complete lack of service at this so called 'acclaimed' store. I'm not surprised to see this many complaints about the brand on HP!
