Beware of this supplier

My wife had a diamond fall off her ring.<br> We were told to \be careful when wearing these pieces"and that we would have to pay R250.00 for the replacement.<br> On expressing our disaffection we were told that we should have our jewellery insured.<br> This was an insult to our integrity. <br> Neverheless after a few weeks we were contacted to collect the rings (we sent a few to be checked and secured)<br> I picked them up and took them home.<br> To my horror when I showed them to my wife I was promptly told that one of the pieces did not belong to her!!!<br> On drawing this to the stores attention we were told that this was in fact \""human error\""<br> A week later we got our piece back.<br> You would think that this the end of our story.<br> NO<br> A few months later another diamond went missing from the piece that was sent to their work shop to be checked.<br> They replaced the diamond with no cost to us.<br> Last week my daughter had her diamond dislodged from her wedding ring.<br> Fortunately she found the diamond.<br> She was told that she would have to pay for stone to be re set.<br> I have asked my family to never buy another piece from this store ever again!!!!<br> Very very disappointed<br> Edwin Joseph """
