Be careful, Browns sells **** diamonds

My son recently broke off his engagement with his fiancé and he wished to sell the ring that he purchased from Browns diamond store in Clearwater mall less than a year ago, the prospective buyer wanted a diamond certificate in order to establish the value of the diamond, when we approached Browns in Clearwater Mall, we were told that they cannot supply us with a certificate as they only do that for diamonds that are half a carrot or more, the ring was valued, according to Browns own internal certification, at R46000, the supposed discount meant that my son paid R30 000 for the ring. When we tried to sell to other jewelers, we were offered R3500 for the ring. Browns refusal to provide us with the diamond certification and their insistence that we pay them a further R3500 for the certificate is a clear indication that Browns was attempting to avoid the issue of the certification. The only reason for this is that Browns supplies **** diamonds and provides its own **** internal certificate to dupe unsuspecting clients into believing that they are purchasing a real diamond. Please do not purchase diamonds or any supposed valuable jewelry from Browns as you would be making the biggest mistake of your life. Browns are ******* and should be shut down. I demand a refund of the R30 000 that we paid for the **** ring immediately otherwise I will continually post this message on social media until the whole nation learns that Browns sells **** diamonds.
