Bad service - NO COMMUNICATION

I paid for a Valuation Certificate on 08/02/2022, received a confirmation that they received the payment.

Today is 18/02/2022? NO COMMUNICATION on what is happening with my certificate.

No pay a **** load of money for the Jewelry, but the service is like that of a Stern's or American swiss..............
