Bad service

Honestly don’t understand why do I need to follow up on my ring. This is the second time. Took my ring in for repairs 1st time took them 3-4 weeks without updating me. Until I called that’s when I got my ring.On the 17th June I took my ring in for resizing am still waiting no call or any communication from them. I take it they waiting for me to call and ask if the ring is back. 4weeks for resizing poor service
