Bad quality work.

Shocking!!! 1. Lost one diamond, 2 loose diamonds, with the first year. I had to pay for replacement 2. Back 2nd time for more repairs loose diamond. 3. Back in a 3rd time, loose diamonds, within a week they were loose again and went back for repairs. 4. Back 6 months later for the same thing. Bad workmanship. Repairs at my cost every time. No response from them regarding emails or messenger!!! Very disappointed.
