Bad quality ring sold by Browns

Bought my wedding ring with Browns in 2011 which was a good experience. However last year my husband decided to spoil me and change my ring went to browns and got my a ring the service was terrible. This was in February a month later a diamond fell off my ring. The store was initally accusing me of banging my finger for the ring to fall through fighting and writting to head office it was fixed. In December 2017 another diamond different from first one fell off which they replaced. When I fetched it the lady that assisted me Alen advised that should a diamond fall again they would need to reset the ring from scratch. Now in May 2018 first another diamond fell off different from the first 2. I was told head office would decide whether they should reset the ring or not. about a week ago I called and was told it was just fixed and not reset. it is still at the store as I do not believe that my husband could spend R40 000 for a ring the is getting fixed every few month. In my view this is a quality issue. I emailed head office again in May 2018 this time I did not get any response what so ever from them, will grant Browns one last chance to respond to this matter within the next week prior to taking the matter further. I believe browns is a premium store and if this has changed then they should communicate it so that customers are not fooled into buying defective products. I cannot be constantly fixing my ring its meant to be on my finger and not in the shop most of the time. For a year and 2 months it has been in for fixing 3 time this is not acceptable.
