Bad quality item

I purchased a ring from Browns Sandton a few years ago. Since then i have had to take the ring every year for the Tanzanite stone getting loose. Every time they sent in for an assessment they wanted to charge me for setting the Tanzanite again and polishing. On every occasion i had to argue my case for defective workmanship and then they would reverse the assessment charge. On one occasion the Tanzanite even fell off and i had to pay for the replacement. A lady from there head office called me and said the ring needs to be serviced yearly. I have never ever heard on nonsense like this. i will never ever buy a product from their stores again. Browns claim to be a reputable company with values which i disagree. They are a bunch of ******* in my opinion . Taking peoples money and once you leave the store its your problem. i have had many rings over the years but not once did this happen to the others. BROWNS - The Diamond store where quality means nothing.
