Bad quality!!
My fiancé and I got engaged, and about +/- 2 weeks later the angel in my ring fell out. I had to give it in with a due date set for more than a week’s wait. After some time with no follow up/status update from browns, I decided, on the due date (as per the agreed upon document I had received from them) to go hear if my ring is available but to my disappointment, it still hasn’t arrived (all the rings were held in a single bag in a drawer. The sales lady had no concern for how she handles the rings). The lady wasn’t of much help and did not even try to find out the status/location of my ring but instead said that they will call us once the ring is in store after staring me down from top to bottom as if I was inferior to enter a store such as browns. I am very disappointed in the service or lack of professionalism as they boast to be one of the best diamond stores, yet my angel fell out 2weeks after being engaged. Being a newly engaged girl, I’m still sitting without a ring due to a lack of Quality checks being done on their side prior to the sale of a ring and I still don’t know when I’ll get my ring back. I wish I read the reviews on hellopeter before encouraging my fiancé to buy from Browns as opposed to getting a private Jeweler. Brows cradlestone, I expected more, but it seems like Browns has a bad reputation for having bad craftsmanship and having poor after sales service. I wish I could say that I was proven wrong. HIGHLY IRRITATED! 😤 Someone needs to do something about this and look into this. They can’t be taking all this money and behind the scenes the quality of their products are horrible!
