Bad customer service and attitude

Went to the Browns store in Brooklynn Mall to service my Browns ring. The lady was incredibly rude to me and my fiancé and seemed to not want to help us. Told us a whole list of other stuff wrong with the ring and quoted R2500. We went to another jeweler and apparently nothing that she said was wrong with the ring was.
