Bad business at Browns juwellry store

My husband bought me a beautiful necklace with a two tone pendant that had 3 small diamonds on about 10years ago. They ****** us and stole that, he bought it from BROWNS, they have a record. So we asked them for a quotation to replace it. They sent us a quotation and the ensurer paid that. When we went there to pick out something else because they couldn't replace it, the store clerk told me that the money they quoted for is not nearly enough to replace the item I had. And I agree, there is nothing in that store with a price below R5000, and they quoted us R5000 something, but with discounts to the insurance it was R3000 something. Try and pick out something there for that amount! Now they don't want correct there mistake.
