Applaud by my weddi ng ring that I had never even worn.

Me and my husband lay-byed a ring for our wedding at Browns Mall of Africa. We took out the ring on Thursday 21st December 2017 for the wedding which was on 23rd December. And on Friday and he came to show me the ring- the diamond Tanzanite had fallen of the ring. It was so embarrassing to say the least. We had to get married with ring without a diamond. Upon returning the ring all we got was an apology. And told they will fix the ring and head office is closed. We have no trust in Browns and we definitely feel we didn't get value for money. How does a diamond fall of a ring? And worse we were told if the diamond was lost it would have been our sole responsibility. How when I had not even used the ring.

We go to shops like Browns because we expect the best of quality. I fail to understand why today i am still walking with no ring on my finger. Browns needs to take some sought of responsibility here, this kind of service delivery is below average.
