2 diamonds fell out of month old ring R100 000

<p>2 nd ring I own from browns that my diamond has fallen out first my wedding band and now my recently upgraded engagement ring of 0.70 centre diamond halo Style which I opened on Christmas Day . After a month of wearing I have had x2 side diamonds fall out! Browns do not even seem bothered didn't even get an apology the ring is brand new and R100 000 value. You don't even get such bad quality from costume jewellery . Really disappointed. The nearest store is 4 hours from where I live. I don't want a repair I need a new ring made up or a refunded because I didn't pay for a dud. This is a faulty item and I will not accept it.</p>
