Poor service and not trustworthy

I purchased a house from brown property. Signed OTP and the next morning the price went up with 25K.

No defects list issued within the 48 hours after purchase agreement signed..

Agent knew and was informed (Shawn) about a broken shower door and tiles MISSING & BROKEN in one room, 6 weeks before i occupied the property, and failed to mention anything to me.

The day i moved into the property, i saw the broken tiles.

After being ignored back and forth, Phil Brown had laminated flooring dropped off at my newly purchased property, but now i need to pay a contractor R 2 000 for installation.

Will NEVER recommend doing business with them
