LACK OF COURTESY & GOOD LEGAL PRACTICE

After lodging a claim to RAF through the above mentioned legal firm, Mr De Villiers, I struggled to get the payment in respect of past medical expenses. The claim was paid out by RAF in August 2017. I only knew about the payment in October 2017 when I, out of desperation enquired from RAF. I struggled to get paid from the lawyer. He ultimately paid out but still fell short of R22 787, promising to pay next year when the major claim is settled. I feel that this is an unfair legal practice. I would never recommended them to anyone. Kindly advise and or assist me
