Tattoo Eyeliner which completely disappears after 7 days - Disgusting Service 😡😡😡

I went for a permanent Eyeliner. Which completely disappeared after 7 days. I have been in permanent contact with Anneli from Brow Sculpture. She first told me my eyes were still swollen to send pictures. I have pictures from beginning to end, which lasted 7 days.

She hardly ever goes into her WhatsApp ***.

This has cost me R1300.00 so far, which was a gift from my son. I am a Pensioner.

Is there a Beauty Council I can complain to. She shouldn't be operating under false pretences.
