insulted by security guard

On Saturday 09/04/2016, i was waiting outside Jumbo Factory in Chiselhursrt for my friend to pick me up since i went there to buy something. While waiting outside the security guard asked for my number, i refused, thats when he started being rude calling me names, even called me a **********. I coud not belive it. He went as far as insulting my mother who was not even there. I've never been so disrespected in my life. When i got home i called the company that he works for to lay a complaint and they promised to contact me today since his manager was off on saturday. I was shocked to realise that there is still men in our society who behave like him. Just because i refused to give him my number doesnt give him the right to insult me.
