Extremely bad service

I got stuck in the middle of kokstad and underberg in earsten cape, we were going to Johannesburg when the car overheated. I was from matatiele. I called brotrans logistics and towing in kokstad they charged me 2 200 from where I was to underburg I then rejected that because it was too much. Later I called him (Gerald the owner) to tow me back to kokstad instead of underburg because underburg doesn't have shops for spares and it's far as he said , he then charged me 800 for 39 km that we checked on the internet because he did not know the location. I was talking to Gerald his number is ********** owner of the shop. After an hour after realizing that it's getting late, I called him he then said it's far so he is gonna have to charge more, we then asked how much per km he didn't have answer, I told him I dont have enough cash he needs to tell me how much because I need my brother to assist he said the driver will tell me. When the tow truck driver arrived he said it is 39 km I then agreed that he takes me but when we arrived the Gerald charged me 1 400 of which I didnt have and he left before we arrive. I am now stuck in a b&b at kokstad, still needs to fix the car.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Ever.
