Unacceptable

We app**** for a Chev Spark on finance at Brothers Executive Auto in Roodepoort.<br> As per writing on the vehicle this was a 2011 model.<br> The vehicle was approved by Wesbank, but we had to pay a deposit.<br> After deposit was arranged & the contract was received as per Dealership, arrangements was made for 29/09/2015 to sign the contract.<br> As advised by the rep the car was being washed, etc.<br> Suddenly the dealership advised that there was a mistake made with the year model, the vehicle is a 2010 year model not 2011 BUT this was written on the car as a 2011 and APPROVED.<br> The dealership then said that they won't be able to help us with the vehicle.<br> Everything after arrangements was made etc.<br> This is unacceptable.<br> How do you write on the vehicle \2011"but its a 2010 and then get it approved and then all of a sudden you can't be helped.<br> Really RIDICULOUS!!<br> We will be taking further steps against Brothers Executive Auto in Roodepoort!"""
