Poor Ethical behavior

B.E.A. have pleasant sales man but their Financial manager is rude and *********. After finding the vehicle we wanted we had to apply for finance through our company. I was assured by our personal banker that we would get good finance and that we should apply with them first. After numerous emails, I found out that she submitted incomplete documents and our application was denied because of this. She still however, pushed their bank of choice. Then suddenly our vehicle was sold ! if we were informed - we would've put down a deposit. A terrible experience on the whole. Stay away. Or do your finance application yourself.
