Bad customer service

I have bought my Jeep Wraghler Sahara 3.6 from the above dealership on the 13/3/2015. After numerous phone calls regarding my licence disc and spare key that was not handed over to me on the day of delivery, with the excuse that he does not know if they have a spare key. How do you sell a very expensive vehicle without a spare key. The removable top was delivered to me in such a filthy state and in pieces. To me unacceptable. This type of service is the reason why people hesitate to do business with second dealers. I am nearly paying R7000.00 per month for this vehicle. Is a licence disc and spare key to musch to ask?
