DO NOT BUY
I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT buy a car from Brothers Automotive. They provide inaccurate information (including model of car), exploit customers by adding on "extras" that collectively come to an additional 30k without the customers consent and do not bring this to the clients attention either. They insist that you take a warranty through them if you want to buy a vehicle (even if the vehicle is under warranty) of an additional 10k-16k. They have a "delivery fee" (even if the car is not delivered to you) as a loop hole for an admin fee (which is now *******) of R3500. Dealerships are only allowed to add fees on the licensing, fuel and registration of the vehicle. I was going to buy a car from them, but after reading the national credit act, they are not in line with it. Furthermore, I was told that the car services are up to date and were done as and when they should have - this is not the case so ANY warranty is void. I have told them I no longer want to go through with the deal, and yet they have phoned me over 10 times in the space of 24 hours. Not only can they take no for an answer, but continue to harrass you even after you have given a clear answer that you are not interested in doing business with them.
Many of the staff members are also not phased about wearing masks during a pandemic.
They do not have the customers interest at heart whatsoever.
