Bad service

I bought a 2017 Steed 5 2.0vgt D/C from Raeno Scholtz Sales manager of Haval west rand ( Brothers Automotive) and only noticed when I took delivery of the vehicle that the door lock was jammed. I showed Raeno this and he said he will sort it and will let me know when I can bring it in for replacement. He also mentioned that he was supposed to put R300 diesel in as per company policy but will do this once the vehicle comes back for the door lock. When driving home I also noticed the windscreen had two stone chip marks and the service book was also not in the vehicle. Only a service plan book with no service history and (a peace of rubber nicely rolled up with the manual book). He did say the vehicle had a full service history. I phoned him the next morning and according to him they won't fix the windscreen but will stamp the service book when I bring it back for the door lock replacement. I immediately took it to PG glass for a report. PG noticed that the rubber on top of the windscreen was removed ( stored with the car manual folder) and needs to be replaced but they may have to replace the whole windscreen because they might not supply the rubber only. After numerous phone calls they told me to bring the vehicle in on 27 May for the lock and they will sort the other problems. When I arrived to collect the vehicle Raeno was not in office. When I went to check my vehicle I noticed they glued a rubber to the windscreen that wasn't even done properly and also no fix on the windscreen o and also no R300 diesel was put in. The service book was also not stamped and I went to look for the manager but he wasn't in office. I went to find Diana ( I was referred to her by a friend but she is with Mahindra and thought she should know of my bad experience) she went out of her way to try and sort out the service book but no record of the 70000 service on their system but all other services was on the system. Today she phoned me to let me know I must bring the vehicle back so they can fix the two stone chips. No mention of the rubber on windscreen but she's also trying to locate the previous owner to find out where they did the 70k service. 30k over retail price I'm sure they can properly fix the windscreen atleast.
