Bad service! Bad attitude! Doesn't care about other people!

I've been calling Roumelia for the pass 4weeks now she already busy, doesn't even get back to me and she's forever laying. was suppose to start my practical 1st week of Feb 2015 and yesterday when I called she told me that is no space and she forgot about getting back to me but she is working at HR I've been waiting for nothing and she has attitude. now I'm calling to out that must I come i not 'I'm very busy Mpho I can't help u ok\. what a service from the 23 of Jan till today.
