Uncomfortable bed

I bought a double bed from the above mentioned place from Facebook,they are in 60 Joubert Street Johannesburg and the email address is *** the 21st of march 2026 I bought a bed for my daughter,then on the 29th of march there was a complain about the mattress being uncomfortable meaning there's wood on it and it sinks in somewhere, I immediately contacted the drive who informed that he was just a delivery guy but will let the manager know of my problem,then on the 30th and the 31st of march I send sms to the manager who never responded but read them,until today im sitting with the same problem which no one is willing to help me with ,thei contact number is ***
