Breach of contract

We rented a property through Brooklyn Prop for 4 years, we did our due diligence when we moved in, noting all the problems with the house, we even fixed a few things, but on moving out the owner said we left the house in a very bad state and would not pay over our deposit. Brooklyn properties allowed themselves to be bul**** by this house owner and basically *****ed us after we were model tenants for 4 years. I wouldn't rent or buy from Brooklyn if they were the last estate agents on earth!
