*****. THRIVE ON STALLING REPAIRS TO CLAIM RIDICULOUS FEES FROM INSURANCE. BEWARE!!!!!

<p>I was in a car accident on the 12.8.16, my insurance appointed Brooklyn Motor Lab as the preferred panel beater. The car was officially in their care by the 17.8.16, and till today they have not completed the work on my car. I think the whole team thrives on lying to clients, I think this is where their bonus lies. They must plan how they will stall a car so they can claim fees from the insurer. I was informed that the parts would arrive on the 31.8.16, and work on my car would start on the 1.9.16 and would take 8-10 working days. That was on the 30.8.16. Today is the 22.9.16, my car is nowhere to be seeen. I have phoned countless times, all they say is Maam, please give me two minutes to check with stores and I will get back to you. I am still waiting for one of them to get back to me. On Monday 19.9.16, David said my car would be in my posession by the end of this week, meaning the 23.9.16, he did say he would phone me back though, guess what? He did not! Yesterday, Charlene said my car would be with me by the 29.9.16. Again, I do not believe this! If any customer reads this, and you car has to go to brooklyn motor lab, I would strongly advise against this. They are not professional, greedy and not honest! I am in the worst situation because I do not have a car!</p>
