Brooklyn Motorlab and their empty promises

Momentum claim no CP610323MS Good morning, I am utterly disgusted with the services of Brooklyn Motorlab. I booked my vehicle for repairs 24 May 2023 and was told it will take 3 days to repair it. Today is 31 May and I am still without my vehicle! I have phoned them to inquire when will I be able to get my vehicle but to avail. They promised everyday since Monday to call me back, but no “callbacks” as yet. I spoke to Samantha and David, and both of them promised to call me back. I am still waiting for a call from either of them. Whoever considers using these panel beaters, please beware of all their empty promises and non-performance. The panel beaters are on the list of my Insurer Momentum, so I did not have a choice. Momentum should also be aware of the fact that Brooklyn Motorlab only makes empty promises. Please, please be aware of Brooklyn Motorlab.
