Poor customer service

Good day, I went to Brooklyn meat deli today to buy lunch and I was very disappointed at the customer service. I checked the menu and decided to buy wings and chips and I was told they don't sell that anymore. I made a suggestion that the menu be amended but the girl at the till was very rude. she asked me if I know how much printing a menu costs and whether I would ask the same if I was in picknpay. she kept on shouting saying that she is sick and tired of customers making suggestions. I was really disappointed that someone who is supposed to make customers feel welcomed can be so mean and rude to customers.
