Parking Woes

<p>Brooklyn mall took pride in telling everyone that stores are open till 1900 at night during weekdays. I know that poor people have to stay open to keep to the landlords hours. The Mall also takes pride in announcing 2 hours free parking from Monday to Thursday, with a flat rate from Friday to Sunday. Just be aware that if you pop into the shops between 1800 and 1900, the Mall wiill whack you R8 for parking. This notification is included in its fine print on the parking machines towards the bottom of their parking information.</p> <p> It seems odd that their opening hours and parking hours are out of alignment. They won't catch me again.</p> <p> </p>
