Parking ****

On the 25th of May at approximately 11H52, I was paying my parking ticket at the C3 exit and my ticket was due R7.00. I inserted a R20.00 and received R12.00 change instead of R13.00.

It is a shame that Brooklyn Parking tries to take advantage of people like this because most times nobody ever looks at their change. The only reason I did not make a fuss at the mall, is because I was in a hurry. This is completely unacceptable and I demand that something needs to be done about this as soon as possible!
