Parking fee theft

I went to Brooklyn Mall tonight at 20:30 26/08/2017 to watch a movie. Aferwards two ladies were busy walking from pay station to pay station collecting parking tickets and money and handing everyone "voided" tickets so they can exit the parking. This became clear to me that they are busy with a similar method of *****ing at points of sales where you void the sale. I asked the one lady why the machine doesn't want to accept my cash and she said don't worry, take this blank ticket and give me the money. I'm sorry but I won't be ******* like that. I will take this further and name and shame you in he papers and social media if I have to. I can only imagine how many people have been robed like this.
