I am sending this WhatsApp to complain about the worse service at iStore Brooklyn mall

I am sending this WhatsApp to complain about the worse service at iStore Brooklyn mall. Was waiting for 45 minutes for services and when I asked the store manager the reason why they don't care about their customers service he said that they only have 3 people to upgrade contracts and I need to wait he can not do anythin. Very rude so I rate them -10😡
