False Advertising, Ster Kinekor

<p>On Monday 11 Sept at 4:27 I received an SMS that goes as follows:<br /><br />If U missed the take-off, join Tom Hanks in the **** pit. Stop to opt out<br /><br />My husband's birthday was on said Tuesday, and I was quite excited to take him for this movie special. We stay near Warmbaths, but we love Brooklyn Mall, and for that reason, we always travel to Brooklyn Mall if we want to see a movie.<br /><br />On Tuesday we got at the theatre in Brooklyn for the 9:45 Nouveau show and the staff at Ster Kinekor absolutely refused to offer us the advertised discount.We were extremely disappointed, for we came all the way on accord of this adverti*****t. They just said that the SMS is "not valid for the opening of the show". <br /><br />We felt extremely disappointed. This is not the service we are used to at Brooklyn Mall.<br /><br />At the end of the day, we had to pay full price and travel home quite upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable.</p>
