Center management and information desk not available

<p>I recently needed to get a mall voucher and was only able to on a Sunday. This is the second weekend I have tried to get a hold of them. They said that they suppose to be working but when I get put through to them is no one there. Its very annoying when you are trying to get something and people who are suppose to be working arent.</p>
