Brooklyn Mall looks after their customers. Menlyn Mall management lacks compassion and understanding

Thank you to Brooklyn Mall management, security and Edgars for allowing me to bring my emotional support dog into your premises without incident. They where the only team willing to allow my emotional support dog to accompany me to buy the item I needed for my 92 year old grandmother. I contacted several other malls including Menlyn Park where they refused my dog entry(even after I explained the situation)

Brooklyn mall management and security had compassion with my problem and handled it professionally. There was even security to direct me where I could park.
