Brooklyn lodge Pretoria- atrocious service time and again

My organisation often uses the venue for conferences and they have never made any allowances for dietary requirements. We always request up front however Brooklyn Lodge only realises when lunchtime starts that they have to send someone out to buy the special meal. I end up eating an hour later once lunchtime is over. When will such establishments realise that they operate in a new democracy??
