SAFETY OF PRATRONS NOT A PRIORITY

MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO THIS MORNING IN THE PARKING BAY , IN THE PRESENCE OF SECURITY . Requested help , and i was told to open a case with SAPS. SAPS Brooklyn even now has not opened a case and we cant access the footage. Be careful when using that shopping complex.
